Had the GV80 serviced here , where it was purchased in February of this year, and was a quick , friendly, and knowledgeable experience. He estimated the time that I would be waiting, and true to his word, I was in and out in record time no excuses and no pressures. Maureen, the receptionist is fabulous. She’s always making sure that you are taken care of. Rob, the sales manager went above and beyond the call of duty he made. Sure that the car was at the dealership when we arrived. Exactly as we wanted. Eddie, the salesman was very patient and showing us all amenities that our GV 70 had.. And they sent a car to pick me up at my house which made the transaction simple. I would highly recommend them again.

Requiring a minor adjustment after my vehicle purchase I brought the vehicle in for service. Chris Aleman quickly came to greet me. Chris was nothing short of a true professional. He showed care and concern and quickly provided me with an appointment with a courtesy vehicle. When I showed up for my appointment, Joe came out and started to assist me until Chris was available. The best and most professional team of a vehicle service center I have ever encountered.

Switched to Genesis from Infiniti mostly for the staff who I’ve dealt with for 12 years -Competition always gives great customer support especially Nick and Elton in service- Cordell in sales and Darlene in finance. When I went to the other Infiniti dealership I was a nobody to them even though I’ve leased and bought almost ten vehicles. My loyalty is with the people at Competition who have shown their loyalty to me. I recommend them to everyone plus I really like my Genesis GV70! (Replaced my Infiniti QX55)

Our salesman, Cordel was excellent. From when we first met him to when we took delivery of our GV70. He worked out a fair deal for us. When it came to the delivery of our vehicle, he was excellent.
