Switched to Genesis from Infiniti mostly for the staff who I’ve dealt with for 12 years -Competition always gives great customer support especially Nick and Elton in service- Cordell in sales and Darlene in finance. When I went to the other Infiniti dealership I was a nobody to them even though I’ve leased and bought almost ten vehicles. My loyalty is with the people at Competition who have shown their loyalty to me. I recommend them to everyone plus I really like my Genesis GV70! (Replaced my Infiniti QX55)

My wife and i just picked up our newly leased GV80. Gray with vanilla interior. The car is absolutely gorgeous! But we must talk about the staff: our salesperson was vanessa C, she was so knowledgeable and kind , she walk us through going over numbers and options of the car with No pressure whatsoever, made feel comfortable and important. it was a pleasure doing business with Genesis of Smithtown and our very knowledgeable salesman Christian Reyes. No agressive selling tactics. Did not try to put me in a model I did not want. Was very up front with what was available and what was not and did not give us false promises as to when a model was available. Our salesman, Cordel was excellent. From when we first met him to when we took delivery of our GV70. He worked out a fair deal for us. When it came to the delivery of our vehicle, he was excellent. All the features were explained and any questions we had were answered clearly. Darlene took care of the financial end of the sale and she was exceptional. She made the process easy and stressless.

To sum it up my experience was white glove service. I’ve been buying cars since 1995 and have bought several cars from Competition Auto Group but my time at Genesis of Smithtown was phenomenal. Cordell Gordon was very knowledgeable of the product line and had a no pressure approach. The salesman (Cordell Gordon) and the dealership both went above and beyond to assist us in our purchase.
